LAST CALL to Sign Up for Pals!

Suzi, Rona and I will be passing out the names of your pals on the 7th (or the evening of the 6th).  We will take names up until Monday the 5th but then you will have to wait for the 2nd quarter if you don't sign up by the 5th.

PLEASE make sure that you follow the "rules".

- Keep in touch with your pal via e-mail/message board/snail mail (create a secret e-mail name if need be).
- Support them.
- Once a month send them a gift (at least $10.00).
- Send all items with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION!

can someone tell me whats this about?

Every 3 months, you would be assigned a secret pal to send gifts amounting to $10 or more and give them lots of support throughout their weight loss journey.  It's too late for this quarter but if you will let us know where you live, your coordinator will sign you up for next quarter.  Hope this helps.
