Would like to join

I'm new to this board, and wanted to join, is this still going to be an ongoing program?

I am asking the same question.  I don't know who is in charge of this.  There was someone who was going to take over from what I understand but has changed her mind due to others not wanting her to.  If you get an answer, I'd like to join too.
