wondering if gift is from secret pal?

Hi,

I received a beautiful basket containing two coffee mugs, coffee and some special sugars yesterday.  I didn't order it and it didn't have anything indicating who did or who it was from.  It's absolutely LOVELY.  If it's from my secret pal, thank you very much!  I'm going to enjoy it bunches!!!
