Message about sending out Mays Secret Pal Gift

I realize that its the first of the month and time to start sending out gifts.  I am asking that you wait to send out any secret pal gift for May until I get a confirmation from everyone that is participating in the program for this month.  Give me a few days to hear from everyone and I will let everyone know when it is ok to start sending the gifts.  I am hoping that everyone replies to me in the next few days so we can get the program started.  If I havent heard from you by the end of this week then I will be forced to remove you from the program.  I dont want to start out the new quarter with some people not receiving their gift.  I am hoping this will help that problem.   I promise to let everyone know when I have heard from everyone and when to start sending out the gifts.  Lets all be responsible and make this quarter a good one.  I am also asking that when you do send out your gift for the month if you will just drop me a simple email letting me know that you have mailed out your gift. You can email the note to my email at [email protected].  Hopefully this way I can keep track of who has mailed out gifts and who I need to get in touch with about not sending.  I am trying to work out ways to keep everyones gifts coming in every month and not as many people getting jilted by not receiving a gift.  When you send me an email please make sure that you include your name and your secret pals name.  I am asking that you do this every  month for me.  I will keep a list of everyone that contacts me and try to weed out any people thats not holding up to their end of the bargin. Hopefully there wont be any of those but this way I can figure it out.  I promise to do my best to try to keep things running as smoothly as possible but I do need all of your help in order to do this. Cira done a fantastic job of running the program. I cant thank her enough for all of the time and dedication she put in to the program.  I hope that I can do half as good of a job as she has done.
