Any advice on gifts for a surgiversary?
Looking to the expert gift givers for help with this...one of my dear OH friends is celebrating her 1 year surgiversary soon and I'd like to shower her with some love and appreciation and most of all praise her for her WL accomplishments this past year. But, I'm at a loss as to any gift ideas. HELP! TIA SP's!

Well I can say that a collage frame so your friend can put her before pictures and her current ones to show her accompliment.
A gift card for a nice place to shop for a new outfit or costume jewelry to complete a pretty outfit that she may have now.
A gift card for a day of pampering at a spa or a gift certificate to one of these glamore shot places.
Also you can send her favorite protein snacks, or sugar free on the go drinks. A gift card to bath and body works so she can buy something for herself to relax or pamper herself.
A pretty journal book to document her journey to the second part of weight loss surgery if she is considering having plastic surgery in the future.
