certain times???

Is there only certain times of the year that u are able to join this forum? I would love to be a part. I did send a email to Cira so i will wait and see what she has to say but i was just curious if anyone knew if it was only certain times u could join.Thank u all so much.Hope to be joining in on the fun soon. I know there is certain times you can join. I read in the guidelines there is a certain number of spots as well. Cira did email me a form to fill out. I am so excitied to join!! This looks like it can be lots of fun!!

Hi there, It is nice to see you here. I have been busy all weekend with friends visiting to meet the baby and family that came from NJ to meet the baby too.
