VERY Important to all Secret Pals participating. A few tips to make things easier.

Ok so we are about to start a new quarter.   I am really excited and I pray that it goes smoothly for everyone. 
I have a few suggestions for everyone to make things easier during the quarter.

1. You create an annonymous account (for ex: Secretpalto_Cira) It is not mandatory but it makes it more fun!
2. You create a friendship and communication with your pal so you get to know her better and it makes it easier to shop for.  
3. If you think you might be a little late in sending your pal gift's please contact your pal. You have her information in the questionnaire I have sent you. 
4. Read her profile if she keeps it up to date there is a lot of information you can learn from your pal. Especially if they are going through hard times and they post it. 
5. Send her encouraging emails, e-cards or even post cards.
6. When you send your gifts please make it personal. Send a quick note, a letter or post card. Make your pal feel special. Don't just send a gift with nothing in there, The whole idea is to uplift your secret pal's spirit or morale.
7. Always let them know how special they are!
8. Remember to always keep your commitment and do not drop off the face of the earth.

10. This is a fun program and only you can make it happen.

Hey my secret pal for Jan thru April 2008 SP Assignment and i have yet to get anything for the month of Jan so what do we do for this. I emailed the person she said it would be a few days late and its almost the end of the month any suggestions?

Hi Marsha, You have until january 31st to receive your gift in the mail. If you haven't by then email me then. The gifts should be mailed out by the 15th of each month if your pal has contacted you to let you know that it is going to be late then lets give her until then.   It is worse when they don't contact their pal at all which I there are quite a few that hasn't done that yet.   We all have been been with the flu hubby was out sickall week too and now I have bronchitis and was just put on a Z pack.   So now that I am getting a little energy I will be on top of all this. I will let you know when I hear from your pal.
