I don't want to sound like a broken record..........

But I want you ALL yo know that if you contact me to join the Secret Pal Program.  Please be sure that this is something that you want to COMMIT to.  Please do not email me requesting to join and then at the last minute email me saying you are not going to be able to participate.   Committment is for 1 entire quarter you must send gifts to your pal so that you can receive. Please do not tell me down the line that you never received a pal or didn't know you had to send to one.  You will have to reply to my email that you have received your assignment.   There are no excuses!! We are adults here and we definitely know our limitations.  Please DO NOT sign up if you are going to back out.   This is a major task to take on and so I would greatly appreciate that everyone takes this seriously.    Thank you!

Cira - I have not rejoined (and for personal reasons don't want to at the moment), but I want to be sure I am in the right place.  I had a SP from before - do I finish out the year with her, or has she been reassigned?  I am more than happy to finish my obligation to her.  I WANT to finish the year, but certainly don't want to muddy the waters where you're trying to fix this program.  Let me know, otherwise I will finish up the year as obligated.  :-)

That's fine if you don't want to rejoin in January.   You can rejoin whenever you are ready too.   Yes finish out the year as originally indicated.   I have not reassigned your pal. You have her up until December.  

I am hoping that this go around goes smoothly and everyone can have a great time uplifting eachother's spirits.   There are a few that are not receiving gifts (pals that were assigned before I took over) and I didn't have enough pals to go around and fix that.  I just hope everyone understands.  I am doing my very best to keep this program alive.   Thanks for keeping your committment you are wonderful.
