I have quite of few members that

has contacted me where their pals have fell off the face of the earth and are not receiving gifts for a very long time. I wish I could get everyone a pal and fix this. But unfortunately I can't when there isn't any new people signing up or previous members not wanting to continue for January.   I am hoping that new and old members give this great program a try.  I am willing to be here and make everything work if you all work with me.   Have a wonderful day everyone. Hi Alice, It is not that easy they already have have someone to send to but they are not receiving.  So when I take a new pal to send to them there is no one to pair up the new person to receive too.    See what I mean?

wouldn't there be pals getting gifts that aren't sending them out then?  If a pal stops sending, then they should stop receiving shouldn't they?  Which would open up another person... or am I not figuring this right....

I totally understand what you mean.  But it is not that easy when I am working from scratch here.  I don't have any of the forms that were filled out before so I am only working with the people who have emailed me.  I can not figure out who is a secret pal to someone if I am not told by the person.   So for example...  If you are sp to lets say Sarah and you drop off the face of the earth i will never know who you were pal to because it is a secret and you have not emailed me to tell me.  So the only people I am working with are the ones that have told me.  Unfortunately I can't figure out unless I am told.   I was hoping that Beth would have sent all that info to me and I can drop whomever is not keeping their end of the bargain.   Now for those that have emailed me I have tried to contact each and every person.  There are two people that never contacted me back so I dropped them off.  So then that leaves me with more people not having pals to receive but are keeping their end of the bargain by sending.    I wi**** was easier but it is not.     

Wow... I feel for ya girl... I didn't realize you don't have the big lists.  Sorry!!  You have taken on a big deal here... I hope it all works out because it can be a good bunch of fun. 

Thanks!!   I am feeling the crunch a bit.   lol  But I am getting it together little by little.    It will get better I promise.    Hopefully soon we will all be enjoying the program like the way it was before.
