Secret Pal New Agreement

Agreement

  By signing up for the OH Secret Pals program, you are committing yourself to an assigned Pal for the duration 4 months, beginning every quarter. You are expected to send your assigned Pal a gift equaling $10.00 or more, before shipping, on or by the 15th of each month. If for any reason you find yourself in a situation where you can no longer participate in the program, please contact the new person in charge Marla Mayberry immediately at:  [email protected] and you will be removed. If a Pal does not receive a gift for that month and I was not made aware of it I will drop that person off the program without an explanation. Rules are rules and I expect each and everyone of you to abide by the rules. If cir****tances change and you wish to rejoin the program, providing you had held up your end of the commitment prior, you may be re-added to the program. All gifts should be received by the end of each month, regardless of location. If you have not received your package by the 1st of the following month, please contact me so that I can contact your sender If you have not received an acknowledgement from you’re the person you are sending a gift to please contact Marla immediately only at  [email protected]. I know we have busy lives but all it takes is a few minutes to log on to OH and post a thank you note. If not you will have your pal’s email so just send her a note. This is very important and part of the rules. Please Abide by it. Please send the package with tracking information so that you know when the package was received. If 7 days has passed since the package was received and you have not received an acknowledgement then let me know. This is a violation of the rules.  If you have not sent out your gift by the 15th and have a valid reason for delay, you MUST contact me by the 15th so that your Pal can be made aware of the situation. If you have not contacted me, and your Pal has not received their package by the 1st of the following month, you will be removed, and a new Secret Pal will be assigned as soon as another is available.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I will do my best to work with you all to make this program run smoothly but I will have a no tolerance rule here if you do not keep your end of the bargain I will remove you from the SP program. We are all adults and if you promise to commit then that is what I expect from you is to fulfill your commitment. If you do not receive your package, this is NO reason for neglecting to send out your own Pal’s gift. I absolutely will not accept an excuse; therefore I will promptly remove you from the program. It is encouraged although not mandatory that you try to keep yourself a ‘secret’ until the quarter ends and then reveal yourself to you pal. You can do this by simply registering a new ‘secret’ account on obesityhelp.com. 

I want everyone to know that I am having a cap on the amount of secret pals participating in a quarter so it doesn’t get out of hand and I can keep track of everyone. If the quarter is full and you want to join you will have to wait until the new quarter starts or there is an opening. There will be times when I have to pull someone from the waiting pool because someone decides to stop keeping their end of the bargain. If the quarter ends and you have kept your end all along and you want to continue being a secret pal on the next quarter then I will keep you on.

Will we be able to keep the current secret pals that we have until the end of the year??? Just asking. I've already bought her several gifts to finish out the year. BTW, thanks again for doing this.

Make sure to make up a secret pal accout in OH so when you post to your secret pal she does not know it is you.  It is fun to try to figure out who is sending you neat gifts. 

Hi, I would like to enter the program as I have not heard from my buddy for a month or so, I was holding out due to some unfourtanate happenings in my family. My son, Lucky Charms was killed September 15th by the kid next door and then I had to go to training for 3 weeks after that and try and concentrate, yeah good luck, then when I got back I found out I had a new supervisor and had to move my cubicle within a couple of days. I have a new baby, but it doesn't take the hurt completly away, it does help the healing process, we also have another new baby, we now have Charms, we named him that in memory of Lucky Charms, and Autum, that is her AKC registered name well Autum Vanilla Sky.  So, I would like to re-enter the program. So please e-mail me, I sent you an e-mail.
