Hi there,  I am so happy to hear from you!!!  Yes, I'm almost 3 months out.  I think I've lost about 45 pounds.  I'm dying for a cookie!  I didn't know about this message board was here until last week.  Plus, my computer had a major crash so when it crashed I lost your e'mail address.  So happy that I found you here!  I will figure out how to get back in the program... thanks so much!!! xoxoxoo  Joanne
