Secret Pal Suggestion

This is just a suggestion but how about if we do it in smaller monthly increments? like 3months or 2 months.  (april, may & june) then whoever wants out gets out, whoever wants in gets in then do another set (july, august, sept)... you get the point. And then say if you fail to send out your gift without notification or whatever then you can't get back in the next round or for the next 6 months?  I am part of the secret pal on the Michigan board and this is what we are doing. Maybe if it's not so long it might help ? Just a thought. ~~Rona
