ALOHA!!
Ever heard that song with the words : Put a lime in the coconut, put dem bote togedder. That is what has been in my head since I just saw this sticking out of my mailbox. This is soooooo cool!! I love it my daughter, Meagan calls it a big peanut, . There is a place I put things I want to preserve, like the newspaper when Late President Reagan got shot, my M*A*S*H* trivia game, things of that nature, it's going in there, that's how much I really like this!!!
I hope you are still getting better after your ordeal!! I saw my surgeon yesterday for my check up & he didn't gripe at me & said I was doing fine & the only thing I was doing wrong was eating one piece of bread a day too many!! WOW..
Anyway......Thank you so much!!!!

Aloha Step, isn't it funny what they will send through the mail. I guess as long as it has a stamp on it and an address they will send it. I just read your profile. Looks like we were both in the hospital at the same time. I am sorry to hear about the infection. I hope all is going well. According to your last entry you are about to break the 300 lb. mark. That is awesome. Congratulations. I started out over 300 pounds and the first time I saw my scale start with the number "2" I was happy. Then when I entered onederland and it started with the number "1" I was so excited. I have recently put on 10 pounds because I am eating late at night. It is such a hard habit for me to break so today I am determined not to eat past 6pm. I worked so hard to get to my goal and got to goal in 10 months after surgery. I had gotten down to 152 pounds and at 6 feet tall that is pretty low. But I have gained 15 pounds since. However I just want to loose another 10. You are so lucky to have a daughter. My husband and I have been together 10 years but not children yet. I waited to finish my masters degree and for us to buy a house. To buy a house on Maui is VERY expensive. The medium price of a house here is $925,000.00, almost a million. And that is for an average 3 bedroom older home. If you want a bigger newer house, wow, they are a lot. Everything is expensive here. Our gas is $3.75 a gallon and milk is $5.00 a gallon. At least we got Costco a few years back. That has really helped. Well, anyways keep me in your prayers that my hubby and I can start a family this year. My goal was to be in a financial positon so I wouldn't have to work after the baby was born. I think it is so important for moms to stay home to build a strong foundation for the family. Take care Step, hope you are feeling better. Hello to your wife for me and hugs to your daughter, aaalllooohhhaaa
