Aloha Step, well we are almost at the end of our year so I thought I would introdcue myself. My name is Mitzi Toro and I have been your secret buddy. It has been so much fun and I have loved all your postings. I have seen every one of them. Well, I had emergency surgery three weeks ago. My intestines were twisted and blocked and my old stomache ballooned up because it was blocked. I am doing fine now just recovering from the three hour surgery it took to untangle them. The earthquake hit while I was in the hospital and we lost all our electricity for 8 hours. Luckily I was being discharged that day so I didn't have to stay too long in the dark. I can't remember if I sent you a thank you for the wonderful plaque you made me. It was so thoughtful and sweet. How you learned Hawaiian in the middle of Texas is simply amazing. You have been so wonderful by sending me gifts. You totally did not have to do that at all yet you did. It meant a lot to me. Especially, since my buddy only sent me one gift at the beginning. Then she tried to sell me stuff. When I didn't buy she got upset and stop sending me gifts. I thought it was really funny. Just my luck I would get a buddy that tried to sell me things. hahahaahahaha. I loved the salsa, the t-shirt, the plaque. You are one awesome person and this has been so much fun. If you don't mind I would like to add you to my Christmas card list. You still got a few gifts coming but I think we officially end at the end of the year.
