How does this work?

I love doing Secret Pal stuff at work....is this the same? You get a secret pal and send them a little something...and you get one and they do the same for you? Do you have to be post-op to do this? How do I sign up? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks! Dena

I emailed you about Secret Pals and got my questionaire, filled it out, sent it back, and never heard another word. I have waited very patiently. Is it because I'm pre-op? Or that I don't have a date yet? I did get my insurance approval this week and will get a date next week when the lady in charge of that area gets back from vacation. I want so badly to participate. I love giving gifts and encouragement. What do I need to qualify?
