Kate, I'm not sure what happened. I gave your package to my husband (that may have been my first mistake - LOL!!) Anyway, I'm so sorry. I went out last night and recreated that the best I could as well as get this month's gifts. I'm going to package them seperate but mail them together, so you still get the joy of 2 packages!! LOL!
