Ladybug Mom...Checking on my Secret Pal

Hi Ladybug Mom, I am wondering if you know anything about my Secret Pal? I received an email from her last month saying she was sending out my package but I didn't get anything. I think she was close to her surgery date. Do you know if she had her surgery and if everything went OK? I wonder if maybe she has my correct address? Thanks for checking in for me.
