I don't understand

Why have I not heard anything from the person who was to be my secret pal? I just don't know why this has to be this way. I may give up. I am even considering leaving OH. I am not sure yet.

Lisa~ Sometimes things happen that complicate matters and are unforseen. I received my gift late. I informed Chris (ladybugmom) and she contacted my pal. She passed a response on to me explaining why she was late last month. I have received a couple of e cards since then which I love and my package arrived. E mail Chris if you have not already done so and hopefully you will hear something soon. Please do not give up. ~Tammy

I don't mean to be a grouch, but I think some people like the idea of the secret pal more than they like the effort. The pal I send to never replys to let me know they got the gift. Well, she did the first time. And then, when given the opportunity to not participate, she said she wanted to continue. And I still haven't heard anything from her. So why did she want to continue? Maybe I am just too old to not consider that to be impolite. Fortunately, the person who sends to me has been great. I'm sorry your pal hasn't fulfilled her end, but please remember that is just one person and not the whole OH community. Sally
