I've dried flowers and used them on my pages. I think the best way is to make a shaker box and put them in it. I worry that there may be residue on the flowers themselves that could cause damage to my books, so I like to contain them. I've also used those little clear envelopes and placed petals in those. Hope this helps.

how do you press and save your flowers for scrapbooking. i am trying something different i put some beautiful flowers that my husband bought me in a phone book. and put a boom box on top of it for pressure. i will let ya now how it turns out!

YOu know, I never even thought about scrapping this. Its full of potential though...I scapped my infertility. Monthly Pictures of your weight loss...would give a great thing to look back on... Good Idea's Yall

Anyone ever gotten enough nerve up to submit a page to one of the scrap mags, to be published? I thought about it...as sometimes when Im going through them, I see the same woman's pages throughout the mag.. and Im thinking, Maybe not very many people submit?? I could make an easy 50 bucks? wondering if anyone has ever done this

Hey what's up? I would love to see any pages you've created of your weight loss journey. I'm just starting out and hope to be taking the mandatory 12 week nutrition class Kaiser puts you thru by the end of this month. So I would love to see any idea's or cool pages you have created... not sure if you can scan them for me to see or what. Good luck or Congrats on your success...which ever it may be!
