Oh how cute!!!! OMG! That'd make for a great picture!!
I'm going to CA in 4 weeks with a friend and I bought some CA, vacation and Disneyland themed stickers off ebay this past week. They are starting to come in the mail now. I haven't taken a vacation in a couple of years so this is going to be fun - will take lots of pictures and create a scrapbook for this trip! Yay!

Topic: **ANGEL UPDATE-SUPPORT NEEDED**
ANGEL UPDATE FOR CARRIE
Carrie S. had her surgery today with Dr. Fang. I spoke with her mom today (Wednesday) and Carrie is doing well. Her surgery was smooth and had no complications and she was in room and doing well. I'll call her tomorrow to see how she is doing.
In the meantime, her surgery page needs more posts!!! I plan on printing her surgery page and faxing it to the 6th floor nurses station Thursday afternoon. So please post some well wishes, advice, thoughts or just a "congrats" on there ASAP!!

Trisha,
Looks to be your the honarary president of the swaps! LOL....let me know if you need help with it. It can be overwhelming...and I am an old pro.
First we need a head count, a deadline to sign up, and a deadline to mail them in. I beleive you said its a "Thank You" theme. My favorite. I just got some really cute sets w/a cute little fairy on it for Stampin'Up's! June catty!
(if anyone ever wants a mini catty let me know! email me privately and we can chat about SU!)...
We also need to know the type of card. Do you want it to be a simple stamped card, no layers no embellishments? Or maybe one layer? Or whatever you can come up with in the time allowed! I am free this weekend so I plan on Stampin' myself silly!
I wish you all lived in my neck of the woods and you all could come over and stamp!!! I love hangin' with everyone!!
SO lets get going!!!
1)Head count deadline
2)Give us the headcount
3)Mail em in deadline

I am starting my WLS journey 6x6 album!
I thought it was about time to do something for me, about me!
I love this time of year when the flowers are fresh and everything is new. Its great to get some shots of new beginnings. My lilacs bloomed early but got licked by the cold weather...sniff...I LOVE lilacs!

Topic: What's happening here?
Hey folks,
We were actually gettin off to a good start- after some trying, I might add. So, let's continue.......
As I type, I am printing out photos of flowers in my yard. There are Iris, Tulips, Hibiscus and some others that I have no idea what they are. But, they are pretty so they stay.
My dog, a yellow lab/retriever mix has been going nuts chasing a baby rabbit. It comes through the fence and just tempts her. I won't let her hurt it. Actually, she is so gentle, she probably thinks it's one of her toys. There were some good shots of her just sitting guard waiting for it to come out of a pipe.
So, now you know what I will be working on for the next few days. In 2 weeks, I leave for a cruise.....YEA!!!!! Ten days later - the big WLS day. What are you working on?

Topic: RE: WLS Journey
Hi All!
Well, I'm a few days late but hey....HERE I AM!
My name is Julie and I live in Northern California...Stockton to be exact and Rohnert Park too! ahhh the beauty of the wine country!
I am 15 months post op and down 118 pounds. I have been scrappin' and stampin' for many years and use to be a Creative Memories consultant back in the day. I closed my busines in 1997 but still like to scrap. Finding the time is another thing.
I have made albums for my kids and for myself as well as I did a 60th album for my mom where I wrote to all of her friends and family and asked them to send me their favorite picture of them with my mom and a notecard with special memory or note on it. Everyone loved it and my sister asked me to do one for her this past April for her 40th bday. I work much better under pressure! The hard part is getting people to respond and send the stuff back! So if you do this...make sure you have PLENTY of time for them to respond...like a MONTH at least!
Anyway, glad to see there are more peeps on this board now..we will have to keep it goin.
I will go check out profiles now and come back another time....speaking of cruises...hubby and I just got back from the Eastern Caribbean for our anniversary. We went on Carnivals' Glory. A super fun time and there was 10 of us this time....we also went 2 years ago....looks like hawaii next year and then the cruise to alaska.
Check out my profile for pics and some great progression photo's my husband did. Hope to see ya all again real soon!
Julie
