Hello everyone I am new to this board, and thought this would be the perfect board to post this question. I scrapbook and stamp, and I am buying my first home. The home is old and needs some work, so I want to do a house warming party and a "fixer upper party" all in one. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can say on the invitations? I would appreciate all the help you can give me. i am stumped on this one. Christie

I am patiently (ok not so patiently waiting) for my recent order. We are starting a scrapbooking club (I guess) with our local CTMH consultant. We will meet once a month and have to spend at least $20. We are actually her 2nd group... should be good. Hey maybe I should be a consultant and do our group.. I am so not a good consultant! I LOVE to stamp! And I am a scrapbooker as well, so that makes me a SCRAMPER, I guess. My WLS journey is going to be a big part of my 'Book of Me' scrapbooking now, I guess! I will stamp on anything that doesn't move, or doesn't move quickly. 1. How long have you been scrapbooking? How did you get started? I have been doing scrapping for about 3 years 2. Do you have any general themes or topics? I just do whatever strikes my fancy... my books are in no particular order or theme... when I a want to scrap I just pull out a box of pictures and go for it. However, I do LOVE anything lumpy and bumpy. 3. What supplies are important or make life easier for you? I LOVE my new hole punch/eyelet setter that doesn't need a hammer. 4. Have you found any really good shops, online sites, etc.? When I first got into scrapping I was terrible about buying EVERYTHING but I have slowed down as I have more scrapping supplies than I could possibly use in ten years! 5. Are you doing a WLS book? If so, any suggestions for it? Naw... it will just be a part of my life's journey and I don't have any plans on making it an individual book... heck NONE of my scrapping is organized so why start now Patti

QVC will have two shows on Thursday, May 26 dedicated to Creating Keepsakes. Lisa Bernstein will be on both shows. One is very early in the morning (around 1:00am EST) and one from 6-8 pm. They usually have special prices on some items. The kits they have are great values if you are new and need lots of supplies. For us old-timers, you can usually pick up some good tips or see what the latest trends are. Cheryl
