Welcome!! Sounds like you have a great start to your wedding album already! Have you ever bought a scrapbook magazine? They have several at Wal*Mart. I would think the best one would be either scrapbooks ETC or simple scrapbooks. Scrapbooks etc has step by step instructions in it, and the pages are really good. There are also books devoted to weddings you might look at Michaels or your local scrapbook store. If you haven't already joined the yahoo group here, I would do that. We've got a number of links there. Here are 2 of my favorite sites to go to for inspiration.

I like watching the scrapbook show on DIY. Sandy is a greaat host. Thre's also a show on DIY called Greetings. It's for cardmaking. I've never watched it, but I hear that it's pretty good.
A tip for you for your wedding album...make sure you get your husband involved. Have him do a page or 2. And journal journal...journal!! Get him to journal things as well. Sometimes it's interesting to have another point of view on the same thing. He might remember things that you don't and vice versa.
Hope that helps! Feel free to email me if you have any questions! And welcome to the board!

Topic: weekly challenge check in....
How's everyone doing on their weekly challenge? I have to admit that I haven't done a single layout. I've had a pretty busy week, but I'm hoping that I can get a layout or 2 done tonight while my SO and son go to my parents.
Here are the challenges, in case you missed them.
1. Use any speciality paper---this can be any kind of vellum, mulberry paper, suede...handmade...something like that. I got some suede paper at either Michael's or Hobby Lobby for less than $1. Mulberry paper can be bought at WalMart.
2. Use your rubber stamps on the page. For some of us this won't be a problem.
3. Journal in your own handwriting. This one is going to be extremely difficult for me. I hate my handwriting. I always use the computer to journal. So this is def. a challenge.
Would it be better for me to post this over at the yahoo site? Or email it to those who want to do a challenge with points and a prize type thing?
Let me know if you have any questions, comments or suggestions. My email addy is [email protected]
Happy scrappin'

Wow...June 15 is my surgery date and I am kind of nervous. I am trying to stay busy...not thinking about it, but hard not to. I am glad I stumbled onto this board. I love to scrapbook and sell creative memories. I would love to learn how to stamp to. Oh well...I am just babbling on to keep mind off of worrying. Thanks for being such a wonderful bunch of people.
