I did a 6x6 book for my work and bought a "room" from Chatterbox. That way I could cut down all the 12x12 papers and everything in the entire book was coordinated. I'll probably do the same thing for my WLS journey, if I ever get beyond the first step, that is!! Anyway, one photo I MUST have is a picture of my G-tube. I still can't get over having to have one, but I'm pre-op and a LONG way from that! ~Jan

Barb Pit**** is here also...she is Paperdolls on LM (I think). I'm soo excited for you to get your surgery. You will do great. You seem so outgoing and happy..it will take you FAR in this journey! Are you going to keep a profile on here so people can follow your wls journey ? Good luck to you Norri! I plan to do the same thing, when the time comes. For now, I'm including a before photo, with weight and measurements (possibly hidden on a tag in a book pocket?) and a list of some of the things I want to do once I take the weight off...from little things like crossing my legs to bigger things like learning to scuba dive. My friend and I are doing this together (her surgery was almost three weeks ago and mine will be in July) so I will do a page talking about how we are taking our journey together, with a photo of the two of us before, and leaving room for an "after" photo as well. And then the rest I'm going to take as it comes, with monthly photos and statistics. I'd love to see your album when it is finished. You could scan it and upload it to a photo or scrapbooking website and post the link. Norri

I am having my surgery on the same day 4/13. I am taking my scrapbooks with me to the hospital so I can catch up on my journaling. I am doing this because my husband/little kids will be unable to be with me due to the hospital is 2 hours away from home. I have about 8 separate albums that I am currently working on. I think I will only make a small one (7x7) as my WLS one.
