50 lbs in 8 weeks! Yay!
My surgery was 3/8 and as of today I am down 50 lbs exactly. I have found that the more protein I eat/drink in a day the more I lose! I keep finding out new info and each week is better than the week before.
Did you know you should have your calcium citrate on an empty stomach so it absorbs better and you can ONLY absorb 500mg at a time, so space it out throughout the day and don't take at the same time as iron or multi-vitamins.
So many little things like that that are soooo important!!
Anyway, I am so excited!! This is a definite mile-marker for me! Yay!!
