I've dried flowers and used them on my pages. I think the best way is to make a shaker box and put them in it. I worry that there may be residue on the flowers themselves that could cause damage to my books, so I like to contain them. I've also used those little clear envelopes and placed petals in those. Hope this helps.

A shaker box is a small self contained embellishment that you can use on your pages. They have a vellum or plastic cover over an opening so that you can see what is inside. You can learn how to make them on most scrapbooking websites. They are not expensive to make and you probably have the supplies on hand to do them. Some people put small beads or coins in them. They can be as large or small as you want. I hope this helps! Cathy
