The email came back from the host as not found, which means that the email address does not exist. You might check your settings to see which one you have in there and fix it. We did try to tell you weeks ago, via email. That is the only way we have to communicate with you is through the system automatically.
If you wish to bring up topics that are not related to WLS, you can post them in the Off-Topic forum. That is the appropriate place for anything not related to the specific boards, etc. That is our policy and we appreciate it you adhere to it. Keep in mind, posting on ObesityHelp is a privilege and you must adhere to our TOS or you can and will be moderated. This goes for every member, not just you. So, there is NO discrimination taking place.
Please let us know when your email has been corrected and we will be happy to remove the moderation.
You are on moderation at this time as you were notified via your email that is attached to your profile that some of your posts went against TOS and were removed. That was two weeks ago. However, when your email bounced as a fake account, we moderated your profile for THAT reason. I know this is so frustrating and it is definitely a roller coaster. But, this is a hard question to answer without there being many factors taken into consideration. Each surgeon's cash price will vary and you will want to find out if they have all-inclusive pricing which would include your hospital and anesthesia. Some do, some do not. Depends on if they are an employee of the hospital they operate out of or are just privileged there.
In our experience, cash pricing in the US is best in Nevada. However, if you are willing to go to Mexico, you can get all inclusive for under $10k depending on the surgery type.
