Hello, Just centrum or orhers?
Please see a professional counselor/psychologist before and think about yours expectations about surgery. I had depresion after surgery because I dont had an effective preparation. The surgery is on the gastric metabolism, dont in ours emotions.
I'm here and today without depresion ;-)

I had take my labs last month.
My Zinc level is low and the B12 decreased since bypass. Now I have fever and Flu.
Do you take 2 and Silver Centrun and others suplements? Is this?

I'm on my way to import like vitamins from the United States to Brazil. For me it is a high investment because 1 dollar costs more than 4 reais.
From the indications, I think about two possibilities and I have two doubts:

2) if you take 2 Centrum Silver a day, what other vitamins do you take together?

I'm Fine and my mental health os good now. 1, 8 years after RNY, but sometimes I think about RNY like a vulnerability. I dont have the same liberty because I nerd vitaminas and medical Control Labs. Maybe ia a lot an cultural trace because vitamines and Labs dont are normal in the everyday life. Aneway, RNY was my choice. I drink watter and chance my alumentation for evoid ultraprocesed foods. Os my journay, dont os posible generalizations.
I do no... I eat real food: fresh fruits, vegetables, chiken and meat, eggs... It's posible and healht. Restrictives dont até goog in long time.
I take one year after surgery and is great for my heart. Before surgery dont is recomendable.
We will be dead moore fast because our surgery? I dont understanding.
