I sent you a dip recipe that everybody I know loves. However, it does get mayo so you may not be interested. I myself love it but I also love buffalo chicken dip but instead of crackers we put out celery.

Good Morning Jennifer and Meneurs,

The weather here is still pretty decent. in the mid 40's but that should change throughout the day. I am not looking forward to the cold because Rudy will only relieve himself if I walk him. We have tried to let him wait and tell us when he has to go and let him out at the last minute but nope. And it has to be me. I was having my hair done last night and Ron walked him 2x but he waited till I got home to walk him. He is so lucky he is so cute.

QOTD: I guess anything is possible, but I'd like to check out that movie if you remember the name.

Good mornin all!

Yesterday they discharged me from Physical Therapy. They said they believed it was doing more harm than good. Made me, in a way feel like a failure. It is what it is though.

my mom is wanting to get one more present for each niece. Randall is done. She is wanting to get a few tshirts for my brother for his birthday which is Sunday. Riley's is tomorrow but we're having a small party here Sunday. I'm making by request: chocolate dirt cake, peanut butter dirt cake and a egg custard pie.

since Thursday last week I've lost around 5 pounds. Mounjaro is doing a lot for me so far. I have had some leftover chocolate candy(good stuff too) in my room and I haven't had a single piece. NOT A SINGLE PIECE! I did splurge a bit yesterday and had some popcorn for supper. I'm also losin* my attraction to a lot of foods. I am impressed.

QOTD: I really don't know how I feel about it. I think there is so much we don't know about things. I think it might be possible but I'm really on the fence.

B: eggs, cheese and coffee x 3

L: my mom is wanting fried chicken...I may be one of the baked pieces.

D: i'm thinking shrimp spring rolls

Good morning all and Happy Hump Day,

I'm almost done with Christmas/Hanukkah shopping. I have two more holiday parties left to attend. At my club, since no one followed through on a holiday party, I'm throwing a low effort party.

I have two medical appts today. I should be home and resting by 5pm.

QOTD- Hopefully, Flavor Flav is not the keeper of the time travel. He would land in a different time, he would appear and yell 'Ffffflavor Fffffffflavvvvvvv' and vanish again. I would tell him, 'Flav-why u do have to squander time travel. Travel back to when you were with Bridgette Nielsen, enjoy your time together for eternity, and leave time travel to Doc Brown.'

Accountability Energy drink. My dietician told me to lay off the daily energy drinks. This is day 5.

I'm still losing weight. My scale is at 210. 161lbs lost to date.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine. Coffee.

L: Bonci Pizza leftovers. Bonci is pizza priced by the ounce. They cut off as much pizza as you want from one of their pizzas. It's delicious and I can only eat a small square.

D: Chicken something and veggies. Salad. Blueberries.

Have a happy, joyous, and free day.

I always think of how much has changed in my lifetime and in the last hundred years. At turn of the 20th century, 1900, people would not have believed that a man could travel to the moon, that there could be television, satellites, or the internet. When I was growing up television was black and white for most of us. I am still fascinated by GPS accuracy.

I do not know if time travel actually exists, but don't rule out anything. I like to think anything is possible. I also think someday we will be able to communicate with people who have died. That is straight out of my lifetime reading science fiction stories.

I follow a Bigfoot group on Facebook. People who believe in something can be very convincing. Whether or not it is real, it is real to them.

Good morning, everybody!

Back from swimming and now, I'm all about the dip today.

We have a potluck Holiday party at our gym next Friday. I signed up with a TBD next to my name and Monday night somebody suggested that a dip might be a good idea. So, I'm looking for dip recipes. Does anybody know any good dips? They don't have to be bariatric friendly, so long as its not a sugar bomb. Don't want to be dumping during the party.

We are Zooming with Lisa and Roger tonight. It's actually a double dip Happy Hour because we are doing it right after my regularly scheduled Zoom with my retired friends. I think that I will just chat and sip a Bai water for the first leg, so that i am still fresh for the meetup with Lisa.

Other than that, Crossfit and maybe a nap. This week continues to be all about getting my car serviced on Friday so that I can have a low key weekend. I plan to go straight from swimming to the dealership on Friday morning, so I will need to bring a book and a change of clothes.

QOTD: I have read Einstein's second theory of relativity a couple of times and every time that I think I understand it, I get confused again. I know, for example, that time bends and that has to be accounted for when scheduling phone calls through satellites. But to travel back in time, I believe that you actually have to travel faster than the speed of light, which seems unlikely.

Breakfast: ham and Eggs

Lunch: tacos

Dinner: Charcuterie

Have a great day, all!

Happy Hump Day!!! I think the weather is messing with the computers today. I can't get a photo to upload. It is raining cats and dogs. I got in at 6:30 to beat the worse on the ride in and I plan on leaving a bit early since we are supposed to get 60mph gusts along with very heavy rain later this afternoon. While we need the rain getting it all at once kinda sucks. We are supposed to get 3inches of rain in a 12-hour period.

Yesterday afternoon there was a horrible 4 vehicle accident on 395 the highway right next to the plant. I still can't believe the driver of the tractor trailer didn't die. The highway was shut down for 6 hours.

QOTD: This is a bit of an unusual question, but do any of you believe in time travel? I do. In May of 2020 my husband and I stumbled upon this poorly made documentary about a man from 3036 who supposedly time traveled back to March of 2020. What he talked about then is now coming true or maybe it is all just a very weird coincidence, but people really need to open their eyes and stop listening to the news.

B: Tea and 2 eggs with ham

L: last of the brisket

D: chicken loaf with sweet potatoes

Have a great day everyone!!!
