Exercise is different at my age. I have to be so careful not to get injured. One of my plans for next year is to join a chair volleyball team at the senior center.

Good morning, everybody!

Happy Anniversary.

We had a nice visit with Lisa and Roger last night.

It's going to reach a high temperature of only 18 degrees today. So I am bundled up with sweater, coat and hat today. The train is nice and warm, it's just for getting from the train station to the office.

Today is a rest day from exercise, so the plan is to have a productive day at work and then go home and snuggle up in front of the TV tonight. It's looking good for getting a head start on my errands tomorrow.

QOTD: I think that I will stay on a pretty similar track as 2024.

Breakfast: protein bar

lunch: catered

dinner: tacos

Have a great day, all!

Good Morning everyone. This will be quick as today is our anniversary and my husband and I will be going to a few antique stores just to look around. Then we will be stopping at my favorite seafood market to pickup some stuff for dinner. I told him I would rather make us something instead of going out to eat.

QOTD: I know a lot of us do some sort of exercise each week, but does anyone plan on doing something different come the New Year? We are going to look into the local Y. They have a lot of different things including a pool.

Food is basically going to be just dinner as we plan on getting a bunch of different things and I might even get a rib eye steak.

Have a great day!!!

I want to try some of the cranberry something or another cheese from Aldi. I forgot to look when I was there looking for the Pooh stuffed animals that they didn't have :(

If its is a hoax it was really really planned out. But it feels very possible that it is true. Maybe having a warning will make changes in the future. Thanks for sharing this. Very interesting and really makes me think.

There's a part 2 that I jus****ched. https://fawesome.tv/movies/10635053/confessions-of-a-time-tr aveler-the-man-from-3036-part-2

I don't know what to believe, but I've watched the first one about 6 times and with things that have happened since 2020 some of the stuff seems to be coming true. It is a very very grim future for this world.
