Happy holidays to all. Special thanks to everyone for the support and accountability. Having a place to share struggles really helps keep my head in a better place. I wish you all joy and happiness.

QOTD: I once had a professor hand out blue books for an exam, and write the tests only question on the board. It said "What else do you know?" We had 50 minutes -- Go! So, I request -- ask and answer your own holiday question.

Merry and happy, y'all!

Good morning, Chrissy & team:

Today is the last day in the office for 2024. I am driving DD to the airport tonight, so we are both working in the Chicago office today.

We had a great weekend, CrossFit holiday party on Friday night, football on Saturday, dinner with DD last night. And we got out to see the Taylor Swift decorated house on Sunday afternoon.

I have some work to do, but did bring a book in case I need it while waiting to drive DD to the airport this evening. I went to morning gym class so tonight should be quiet.

QOTD: being able to join in fun things like reindeer runs.

Breakfast: Bagel

Lunch: steak salad

Dinner: leftover tenderloin from yesterday.

Have a great day, all!

Good morning Menuer's

I am up bright and early because I had a scam scare yesterday. I figured it out pretty quickly, so I financially had lost nothing. I did have to change the phone number. I am pissed more at myself. It was the hustle and bustle of the holiday, and I was not paying attention. The next couple months should be fun figuring out everything I can't log into because I need 2 step verification. Of course, everything running through my head is not allowing me to sleep. Grrrrrr. But other than that, it was a very nice weekend. I am a big fan of Shrimp and Grits, and I was able to finally get to the local distillery Friday night and get some. They have an award-winning chef, and this dish is only offered on Friday. Blew me away. There was a red sauce not just cheesy grits. I may be hitting this every other Friday it was that good. I did go to the gym Saturday for a Bike class and then Crazy 8. I really worked it, I plan on doing more cycle in the new year, meaning more than just once a week. We shall see.

QOTD: What NSV's come to mind when you think of the holidays. Mine is not waking up January 1 in tears because of all the weight I gained over the holiday. I have been able to be very mindful of what I put in and moderation is a much easier task.

Accountability: I did sub a few meals for ****tails and maybe a few Christmas cookies.

TSS: 7 years 0-months 11-days 165.2 Lowest (129.4)

B: Coffee with SF Coffee-Mate Chocolate Caramel creamer

MS: Friendly Farms super zero Mixed berry Geek yogurt, Red chicken chili

CB: Coffee with SF Coffee-Mate Chocolate Caramel creamer

L: white Chicken Chili and clementines

D: Pizza Party with family. We shall see my options.

Exercise: Dog walking

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great holiday my friends.

Brightest blessings

Chrissy

I can no longer tolerate sugar and eat very little of it. It makes me sick.
