Sorry to have offended someone by starting and missing previous posts. Don't worry...I won't start again.
QOTD: when it comes to a healthy lunch what?s your go to? Do you lean in on protein first or something else?
I am struggling with lunch. I have been extremely lazy about it and it shows, I?ll have some protein pancakes or something out of the freezer( chicken bites or a pancake on a stick). Sometimes it?s a couple of boiled eggs with cheese.
Thanks. I am going to try that.

I stay loyal to Bariatric Advantage and they sent me this download. An easy-to-follow 14-day diet plan with meals and an off-limit food list. It's free so I thought i'd share.

That is a great idea. I do a lot of Doordash and order things I think I will enjoy. Lately I got my appetite back and enjoying eating again. I had Meals on Wheels one time after being in the hospital and remember that there was a lot of really good food in their deliveries.
I usually do an order from Walmart or Giant Eagle once a month and do look for things that are already prepared and I can just heat up and have. Giant Eagle here has wonderful meals like stuffed cabbage or roast turkey dinner.

Good Job Mary. Did you ever try a meal delivery program, so you don't need to go to grocery and buy a bunch of stuff. I get Meals on wheels for mom. Only 2x a week just to know someone had an eyeball on her but the meals are not bad. Maybe if it was ready to eat you would be more likely to eat. It is only $6 a day here .
