Before Surgery yes. But now I use portion control and Exercise so I don't hate myself come January 1

Happy Friyay! It was a busy day but it's the weekend and I'm here for it! Nothing set in stone for the weekend so we will relax and find some fun to get into.
QOTD: We will spend some time with Em on Christmas Day but very low key

B: SF latte, 3 turkey sausage links, and an orange
L: Turkey and cheese sticks, carrots, light and fit yogurt and some fruit
S: A piece of fruit, mixed nuts and yogurt
D: Chinese food, beef and broccoli

E: 1/2 hour elliptical and 2 miles on treadmill
