I have never met a cookie that I could put back once I bit into it. Cookie with teeth marks is hilarious.

Welcome back. Your post about gaining by tomorrow reminds me of what some people would do to qualify for surgery. One thing that comes to mind was getting rolls of quarters and putting them in their pockets before the doctor visit. I remember that they would post other insurance fraud hints. Don't worry about setting yourself up for failure, Jim. Failure is not in your wheelhouse.

Good morning! My night was a bit long due to my calves still screaming. And weird dreams. But I got plenty of sleep in between movement that made me wake up OUCH OUCH OUCH! Hard work out yesterday. Burned 581 move calories, 124 minutes of exercise and 11,569 steps. I managed two trips around the egym machines, treadmill and a killer 55 minute class yesterday. I stopped at the butchers on the way home and got some excellent meat for this week. And I controlled it with calorie intake yesterday. Good choices for almost the entire day. I even bought a cookie and took one bite and realized I didn't like it so I put it back in the packet with the others for Roger. He'll love finding cookie with teeth marks in it. Not. Ha!

Today I need to take a nice long stretch walk. Wednesday is usually rest day, but I have to get the grands tomorrow so I am switching it up a bit. But a good 45 minute -hour walk will help my leg pain move on out. Also would like to clean out my sweater section of my closet. Time to let some things go. While my weight has been relatively stable, my shape has been changing. Things fit differently and I'm embracing that. Or, I am dying to do some retail therapy and this is a great excuse to do so. So many cute new sweaters out there! Other than that, reading, housework, etc.

QoTD: I think I'd like to have ****tails with Blake Shelton.

Good Morning Amy and Meneurs,

Sounds like your conference is going well. That is great. I actually woke at 5:30 and thought I could do a little treadmill, but I rolled back over and slept for another 1/2 hour. I'm sure I will get motivated again just hoping it is sooner than later. I am having the neighbors over this weekend to watch the Steeler game. I have not had guest in so long. I am actually excited to have visitors. Let the menu planning begin.

QOTD: Sylvester Stallone. I think he would enjoy a meal I made. I am good at cooking Italian food, and I am loving Tulsa King right at this moment, so I'll pick him.

Accountability: OK I reigned it in food wise but no exercise.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great day my friends.

Brightest blessings

Good morning, everyone!

We got home about 11:00 yesterday. It was 5 hours from Hanoi to Seoul, a 5 hour layover in Korea and 12 1/2 hours home to Chicago. I'm jumping right back into things, so I probably won't have pictures and stories for a few days.

I stepped on the scale today and it was an unsustainable Onederland number, so I better gain a bit before my Bariatric appointment tomorrow - don't want to set myself up for failure in the future.

QOTD: Amy, I guess once someone went with Diddy, the pressure was off. I would probably go with some of the World War Two generals, such a massive undertaking, so many hard decisions to make.

Breakfast: bagel

lunch: chicken

dinner: TBD

Have a great day, all!

Good Morning! I got through a few reports/tasks yesterday and it always is nice to feel productive. One of my team members is on vacation until next Wednesday so it's been a little mixture of covering some of her stuff and handling my normal stuff.
