We are about 1/2 on a river cruise and 1/2 staying in hotels. I am super excited to see Angkor Wat.

That sounds sweet. Are you going with a tour or on your own? What are you most looking forward to? Enjoy all the foodstuffs. I really want to go to a market on the water. From what I remember, you sit in a boat or on the shore. Vendors sell fresh food and wares from passing small fishing boats and basket boats.
