Not for me, I had a small sip of snake wine, skipped the weasel coffee and kept my feet far away from those fish massages!

I went to a podiatrist years ago and was fitted for custom orthotics and tried every therapy they gave me but I was still in pain for 3 years... What worked in the end was good shoes, ice and tons of Advil - oh how I miss Advil... So that is where I'm starting - minus Advil- hoping to nip it in the bud.
Karen P! I wonder how she is doing, I miss her posts. I honestly don't recognize a few of those names!
Hang in there with mom. I know it's a labor of love. You are a great daughter.

Nice pic, I hope you are having a great time! I agree - calories are what matter most, then protein and whatever else fits.

Good morning. Rough night again. My hip is killing me for unknown reasons and woke me up all night. Roger had not activated his Inspire implant and I was ready to scream out loud. I did not. I got up before the sun and sat in the jacuzzi and watched the sky wake up. I can't see the sunrise from there, but the sky itself was full of pretty colors. Hoping the jacuzzi and a forced rest day help with the hip pain. Add a shower to all that and I've got myself a much better frame of mind going.
Accountability yesterday. Good on all fronts. Still pushing protein. Still really struggling to get to my number. But focusing on that reduces the carbs and veggies I eat. 524 move calories, 98 minutes of exercise and 10,330 steps.
QoTD: I eat anything I want. I am just grateful that I rarely want processed carbs. I will take a small serving of things and know I can go back for more if I truly want it. I don't often want more. But, I still don't allow Doritos in the house and if the is caramel corn it feels like it's in the cabinet calling my name. So I try to limit that. Cakes, cookies, ice cream, have no draw for me.
Bites today
B: egg/cheese/carnitas omelet
L: leftover carne asada and veggies
D: taco stuffed sunshine squash
3ish: yogurt with mix in or beef jerky
9ish: either carnitas meat or what ever I don't have at 3
Peace!

Yes! One December I was thinking of doing top 10 events for the year, but it was just too hard to organize.

To this day, I've never had a cheese curd, not one! That is probably a good thing because I can see the writing on the wall! I've come around to the keeping some things available and they have lost their appeal. I've had a candy bowl on the counter at home and in my office since last Halloween for that very reason. It's amazing how rarely I eat one! I could not do the same with GS cookies though!

I wish they would make the archives easier to sort through. They could at least have them by Year and not all just in one pile that you cannot sort through quickly.
