I had a Revision Sleeve to Laparoscopic Roux-en-Y bypass with intraoperative EGD, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, hiatal hernia repair and my gallbladder removed in one day.
I'm doing great a year and a month out from the surgery. I'm down about 90 pounds from surgery. I'm currently at 287.4 pounds. When I had my follow up with the surgeon, he told me when I get down to 250 pounds, he would recommend me a plastic surgeon for the loss fat and skin. I'm looking forward to getting down to 250 pounds so I can be/feel normal in life.
Has anyone/someone gone through this too like I have without any complications from surgery imon post-op leading out up to 13 months out?

Is there a brand that you recommend ? We tried some and they didn't help. They both just get so wound up around each other. Percy had one of her claws on his head and Tange had a bleeding poke on her ear. We're just really worried about it.

For me? An aesthetically pleasing, pop of color to throw at Rob when needed.

It got delivered to my work address 30 minutes ago. The thing is so wild. I just did it for 10 minutes. My calves actually don't feel crampy. Now to see if it helps firm things a little bit.
Yup she's been at CVS corporate in the mail room for over 20 years. She says it keeps her going.
Right? I can only hope I look as good as she does at 80. And she had 5 kids.
Even my mugs and Tupperware dry in the new dishwasher. I run it before I go to bed at night and in the morning everything is clean and dry.

QOTD- I don't think I ever had one, we had paper bags. But I do have a Holly Hobby switch plate cover, I still have it somewhere.
I found out I have Leaf Guard gutters and they really are guaranteed for life. The guys came out and cleaned them and unclogged them. Hopefully no more drips near the sliding glass door. Now I just need to get the moss off of the roof. It's not gonna be me since this is a terribly steep roof. My last house wasn't that high and I was on the roof a few times. I don't even have a ladder anymore.
I would like to go to the Oregon Flock and Fiber Festival this weekend, but I don't really need anything but I love to see the animals and get creative ideas. I just wish I had someone to go with me. Ducks have a bye week so no game. Although I would love to see Baylor beat Colorado, can't stand their coach.
I got the cat massager and they think I'm trying to kill them. Maybe they'll get used to it.
Have a great day everyone!
