Good Morning Gang. Ended up getting a bunch of squash plants repotted last night and helped Irvin move the tranny he took out of his old green Ford to put in the dully. Then someone messaged me about a bean pot I've had on FB marketplace for a few months. I'm supposed to meet her on my way home tonight.

I have to get the conference room set up for the CPR class this morning and work on a couple of month end stuff.

QOTD: Kind of going off of yesterday's question do any of you have a favorite kitchen knife set or type of knife you use a lot? I have a German set of Henckels knives that my step-son gave me years ago. I do love them, but when we were over his house this weekend he was showing me these Japanese knives that are to die for. They are very expensive, but could literally slice through bone with easy and then cut a tomato. With all the stuff I use knives for in the kitchen especially when I am processing a quarter of a pig those knives would be very very handy.

B: coffee and egg salad wrap

L: Ruben sandwich

D: grilled chicken thighs

30 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes on the vibration platform

Have a great day everyone!!

Good mornin y'all.

not sure what is in store yet for today. My lower back is acting up and all spicy so I see a muscle relaxer in the near future for me.

We're supposed to get a lot of chances for severe weather this coming week and weekend. I'm over it. We had a couple of tornados strike the town just south of of us and did some damage but thankfully no one was hurt! We ended up with a little over 2 inches of rain last week. Feast or famine as they say!

QOTD: I don't have a favorite knife per se. I just got a Japanese cleaver that was on clearance but I haven't used it yet. I like pairing knives for little things. I like our chefs knife out of the knife block set we have,

B: egg burrito and coffee

L: probably a salad with grilled chicken

D: carrots that I'm going to roast and some protein.

Good Morning! Off to a good start for the day, productive day yesterday, slept pretty decently, have my workout in so ready to crush the day! I will spend a large part of my sitting with my new hire training her, as we ramp up for the upcoming payroll.

QOTD: I had to look, our day to day set is a simple Martha Stewart set but John has a Henckels for slicing meat that I don't use. We joke that I'm not allowed to use it, I have a history of being a klutz and in general just moving too fast doing things so it's not out line for me to avoid using something that sharp.

Good Morning Jenniefer and Menuers,

It is beautiful this morning but after 2:00 it is supposed to go downhill. They are calling for huge storms with chances of big hail and tornadoes. We have always been lucky, and this usually misses us, so fingers crossed. The last thing I want to deal with is Hail to my new car. Hopefully it at least holds off till I get it in the garage.

QOTD: I have a few Zwilling and Henkle and are primarily my go to. I bought all my good knives at estate sales. I have a few Cutco too I have picked up. They have lifetime warranty, so I buy beat up ones at sales and mail them back for replacements. They are good knifes.

Accountability: I made protein balls with banana protein PeanutButter and chi seeds and honey and been overeating on them.

When I moved a few years ago I got rid of a lot of my old knives and bought a Henckels set with built in sharpeners in the knife block. It has worked out great for me. If I did a lot of cooking now I would definitely consider the Japanese knives.
