Happy Friday Eve gang. The weekend is so close I can smell it, well not really because my darn nose is still so stuffed. I may or may not have taken a bit to much Nyquil last night as I am groggy as heck today, but I did sleep pretty decent on the couch of course. We have a couple of corporate people coming today for a site visit. Other than that I'm hoping for a rather quiet day.

QOTD: What's one household chore you hate to do? Dishes. I've never liked doing them. We had a dish washer, but for some reason it just never got the dishes clean enough and would always leave a film no matter what type of detergent we used, so I wash them by hand. I would rather wash windows than do dishes. LOL

B: coffee and eggs with squash

L: chicken soup

D: grilled chicken breast

Have a great day everyone!!!

Mornin y'all!

I have a quick appointment for my B12 shot today. Other than that and picking up a prescription nothing much planned today. I might clean up my bedroom as I didn't yesterday. I'm not really in a great mood but it could be worse.

QOTD: dishes and vacuuming. It's a tie. Vacuuming due to my shoulder and arm and dishes...well it's just gross and my hands stay dry.

B: eggs, turkey sausage, cheese and coffee

L: ham, broccoli and maybe some Parmesan

D: probably more ham

Good morning, everyone!

I don't feel that close to the weekend but by tomorrow, I'm sure that I will. Meanwhile it's into the office for me today. I'm kind of glad to be going in today because I'm going to run over to Orvis at lunchtime and pick up a few things to bring to Florida.

That means I will try a new lunch place, so hopefully, I find something good. A lot of the places in that shopping area have closed over the years.

Today is a rest day, so I might go to the shopping outlets tonight as well: bathing suit, swim shirt, flip flops and running shoes for Florida.

QOTD: raking

Breakfast: hash

Lunch: TBD

Dinner: stuffed peppers

Have a great day, all!

For me it has always been dishes. I prewash them with dish soap and let them soak, then rinse them and put in the dishwasher. But I have fairly good city water. When I lived out of town with a well there was always a film on the glasses.

Years ago, the glasses were fine with the dishwasher. Then they removed phosphates from the dishwasher detergent, and it never cleaned as well after that. Better for the environment but not for sparkling glassware.

Good Morning Jenniefer and Menuers,

Life has been getting in the way hence the spareness of my post. Work is changing and I am trying to figure out what direction I am going in. Not like anyone out there is looking for a 60-year-old salesperson who has been in the same position for 28 years. So, I am looking at opportunities, hopefully within my current company that will not decrease my income by too much. Life goes on. I guess growing pains never end. I think I have my husband convinced to try some new procedures to decrease his pain, so I see many appointments in my future as well. I still have my vacation coming up in May so I hopefully can catch my breath there.

QOTD: Window washing. I absolutely hate it. To the point I hired someone the past 2 years, but I think she is too busy to fit me in this year. (Crying overhear)

Accountability: It's been very good. I don't have time to think about food.

TSS: 7 years 3-months 30-days 165.4 Lowest (129.4)

B: Coffee with SF Coffee-Mate Chocolate Caramel creamer

MS: Premier Protein chocolate peanut butter and strawberries

CB: Coffee with SF Coffee-Mate Chocolate Caramel creamer

L: cabbage rolls

D: brisket and greens

Exercise: dog walking

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great day my friends.

Brightest Blessings

QOTD- House cleaning in general.

Not much going on here, I can't seem to get myself focused. I'd pretty much rather do anything but work. I have to pull up my big girl panties and get to it.

Have a great day everyone!
