Good morning gang. It's supposed to be 50plus today which is going to feel like a heat wave. Yesterday wasn't too bad and a lot of the snow/ice melted. We are having a pizza luncheon today for a co-worker who is transferring to our Saugus, MA plant. He's been with us for 6 years and is a really good plant operator so he will be missed. Other than that, it should be another quiet workday.

QOTD: What's a talent you wish you had? I wish I could speak several languages. There have been times that was a language barrier with some people, but luckily, I do have a translator on my phone, so I was able to help out.

B: coffee and 2 egg with ham omelet

L: 2 slices of pizza

D: ham salad over a toss salad

Have a wonderful day everyone.

Good morning, everybody!

Does anyone know anything about Magnesium? My hearing Doctor recommended it for the ringing in my ear, and I picked some up yesterday. I'm just not sure if it interacts with something the way that Iron and Calcium need to be spaced out.

When I woke up this morning, the snow in our yard had melted overnight, which is a great sign that we are getting some warm weather today. I'm ready for Spring!

After the gym today, I am going to go to Costco and get a huge sheet of something that I can heat for my son and I to get a few dinners out of. I don't even know what, I just don't want to cook every night.

5 work days and then we are going to Palm Springs with Lisa and Roger in a week. We are planning to go to a tennis tournament, wine, dine, pool and just relax. Should be a great escape from the February blahs!

QOTD: I would love to be able to play a musical instrument.

Breakfast: egg sandwich

Lunch: Roast beef

dinner: something from Costco

Have a great day, all!

The only side effect is that it can act as a laxative. No problems with taking with other medications. I am surprised that it helps with ringing in `the ear. Something I never heard of before. I hope it works for you.

I think my calcium might have magnesium in it and I haven't had any issues. I hope it helps.

I was fighting icy sidewalk yesterday morning and by afternoon it was 51 degrees. It does make me feel like spring is around the corner.

Good mornin y'all.

Doctor appointment today. Lots of pain as I slept to hard on my shoulder last night. I don't do it often but had a big cry this morning, I'm just tired.

We're going to replace the toilet in the garage bathroom in the beginning of April. The current one is over 70 years old so it's needed it for a long while. It started leaking from the tank to the bowl so it kind of forced our hand

QOTD: out of all the things I've tried I really really suck at drawing and painting. I've always wanted to be good at it but I'm just horrible lol. Second would also be the language thing. I think the country's education system should teach a sl class from kindergarten or even before that. I suck terribly at it. I've tried French, Italian and Spanish.

B: breakfast burrito and coffee + a special k crisp

L: PP shake

D: chicken and maybe some black beans.

QOTD- Languages would be good, I've tried Spanish and I suck at it.

Wind storm last night, I was lucky and the power didn't go out at my house but there are currently 1110 outages affecting almost 30,000 homes. I hate the wind, as a child I lived through the Columbus Day Storm here in Portland. The power was out for a week and the devastation was incredible. So I really don't like wind.

I am trying not to lose my temper but I've spent yesterday redoing a job for about the 20th time. I'm totally sick of it and about ready to pull my hair out. Hopefully I will survive this with most of my hair.

Nothing else going on, just work. I need a vacation, but no PTO so no vacation.

Have a great day everyone!
