What's on your Monday menu?
Good Monday morning. Well I'm exhausted we ended up watching the entire Super Bowl and it was a really good game. Loved that the Chiefs lost and in a big way. The Eagles definitely came to win, the Chiefs not sure what happened, but they were horrible. I made stuffed mushrooms, jalapeno poppers, wings and ribs. We will have leftovers for a couple of days. So far not much going on this week at work, but things change all the time.
QOTD: Do you think the day after the Super Bowl should be a paid day off from work? I do. We should have never stayed up to watch the whole game. I need a nap already since the darn coffee is just not working. LOL

Good Afternoon! The weekend was a blur and today has been too. There wasn't anything major or exciting for the weekend but it just went so fast. We didn'****ch the game at all, not even the commercials or halftime show this year.
QOTD: I think being on the west coast makes it not too bad for us. I'd rather have July 5th off.
