Good Monday morning. Well I'm exhausted we ended up watching the entire Super Bowl and it was a really good game. Loved that the Chiefs lost and in a big way. The Eagles definitely came to win, the Chiefs not sure what happened, but they were horrible. I made stuffed mushrooms, jalapeno poppers, wings and ribs. We will have leftovers for a couple of days. So far not much going on this week at work, but things change all the time.

QOTD: Do you think the day after the Super Bowl should be a paid day off from work? I do. We should have never stayed up to watch the whole game. I need a nap already since the darn coffee is just not working. LOL

B: coffee and more coffee

L: left over ribs and poppers

D: chicken wings

No exercise today

Have a great day everyone!!!

Good Monday mornin y'all.

glad the eagles won but in reality I couldn't care less about most of it. I am however happy football is over for a while!

We're supposed to have an ice storm this week. Excuse my excitement. It's supposed to start on my birthday(tomorrow) and go through Wednesday morning. We're going to do a few things today to make sure we have what we need...if anything. I'd like to get some breakfast stuff.

I've been having some unexplainable pain so I'll be asking my doc about it later this month. It's been rather unusual. Hopefully he'll listen.

QOTD: I've always thought it should be on a Saturday. It doesn't make much sense the way it is,

B: eggs, slice of bread, sausage and coffee

L: soup

D: ????

Good morning, everyone!

I think that at Superbowl parties, the second half goes much faster because everybody is pretty much on to socializing after a couple of hours. But just staying home and watching, the game seemed to go on forever!

We had pizza that we made in the outdoor oven and chicken wings (drumsticks). Everything was delicious. And both sons watched parts of the game. Marilyn was excited about Serena Williams dancing at halftime. Our Kendrick Lamar knowledge is pretty limited, but our kids liked it.

And glad not to have a Chiefs three-peat.

QOTD: I understand the sentiment, but I would rather have a warm weather Day off.

BreAkfast: bagel

Lunch: catered

Dinner: leftover pizza and wings

Have a great day, all!

Yes to all that outdoor utilizing grill and pizza oven at the same time. Big Pimpin! Why does the food from winter grilling always taste better? Chicagoans are very proud of grilling in the winter. Like the word frunchroom or how easy our streets are to navigate. It's a grid system and sometimes alphabetical as well. We wear it all with pride.

Good Morning Jenniefer and Menuers,

I am back! It was a wild ride last week implementing the new system but were a week in and it is way better than what we had going on. As always, a couple glitches here and there but all an all a remarkable improvement to where we were. I ALSO WATCHED THE GAME TO THE END. I know most won't agree, but the half time show was profound. If you do not know what Kendrick Lamar's message was and what he stands for, you won't get it, but if you know anything about the rap world you would agree.

QOTD: No, I do not believe a professional sport should require your employer to pay you for a day off. I do believe the NFL should change it to Saturday though.

Accountability: I am working on being a better eater. Yesterday I kind of grazed. I made a salad for dinner and topped with grilled flank steak. But during the game I got a sweet tooth and instead of going for something awful I made cinnamon chaffles. for the win.

The NFL would be so much better on Saturdays. Or move the Thursday games to Saturday. However, I get it why those scenarios can't happen.

Grilled Meatloaf sounds great.

Good morning all and Happy Monday,

Passing good vibes all around for a fruitful week ahead.

Superbowl. $30 lighter. Weight. 0 lbs heavier.

QOTD- Monday after Superbowl should not be a paid day off. I've always woke up, pull up my big boy pants, and work through the lack of sleep or hangover. That's just me; not suggesting that it is for anyone specific.

Steps: 6338

B: Dannon Light and Fit yogurt, Rockstar energy drink.

L: pulled pork, grilled onions, mustard and Cole slaw in a bowl.

D: Chendu province Chinese food surprise. I'm using too good to go app and everything is worth at least 3x value paid. I'm curious to see what they give me for $6. The pulled pork is from a too good to go app. I paid $5 for 1lb+ pulled pork, 2 cornbread muffins, pint of chili.

Be careful with poppers. Those drugs are dangerous!
