What's on your Tuesday Menu?
Good morning this is going to be quick I just found out that my mom is in the hospital. I'm not 100% sure what is going on, but I plan on calling the hospital to find out. She 80, still works a full-time job and takes care of all the animals she has since my stepfather is as useless as tits on a bull.
I know she's had a cold for a few weeks and has been to the doctors a couple of times. Just last Thursday she saw her PCP and they ordered a chest X-ray and looked her over but didn't find anything out of the ordinary at the time
Well Sunday she got a call from their office asking her to go back in to see them on Monday to recheck her vitals. Her heart rate was 110 and the X-ray showed a little fluid in the lower part of her lungs. The doctor was also concerned about her heart not sure if it was something on the X-ray or not, so she told my mom she wanted her to go to Mirriam Hospital in Providence which is the best cardiology hospital in RI. Of course, talking to one of my sister's this morning she's going on that mom has congestive heart failure and all this other crap. I'll be taking a half-day of work to go see her.
No QOTD I just can't think of anything.
Food is up in the air, but I do have mini mozzarella balls with tomato and cucumbers if I get hungry.
Have a wonderful day everyone!!!

Good mornin Jen and everyone. Hoping that your mom is ok and it is just precautionary! Hope you find out what you need too,
I have an appointment late this morning. We have some running around to do but not much. My shoulder is starting to hurt a bit more but it's still a vast improvement so I would do it again.

this clasp cost 13 dollars so I am going to show it off. It's h8ghly polished solid stainless steel and designed by a friend of mine. First time I could justify the price for myself...this one's for my niece but I ordered one for myself! Woot!
Good Morning Jen and Menuers,
Wow Jen that is a lot with your mom. Hope everything works out well. I will be parying for you and your family.
We did do 12 eggs worth of Pizzelles last night and it went fairly quickly. We found out it is much easier to pipe them in a pastry bag rather than spooning the dough on the iron. Ron was a little messy with his iron but I can see improvements coming for this Saturday. My car is being serviced. The dealership comes to my office picks up my car services it and brings it back by end of day at no charge. This just started during Covid but I take advantage of it every time. All dealerships should have this. Especially if you are single so you don't have to find someone to drive you. I love the service. Tonight will be bowling for my mom and after that I am free to relax.
Accountability: Grazed dinner and ate too many pizzelles.

Jen, I hope everything is OK with your Mom.
I'm in the airport waiting to board my flight to Orlando. I'll come back on Friday. Even though I need to be in classes most of the trip, it will be nice to walk around outside and feel the sunshine.
Marilyn also went to Florida this morning, she is going to visit her parents and look at houses with a Realtor. We are on different flights. Actually leaving from different airports.
Not sure about food, but it's really good at this facility. I'm looking forward to ham and eggs in the mornings.
Have a great day, all!
