Jen - my thoughts are with you and yours concerning your mom's current health.
The last month was crazy for me and I obliterated my routine. I'm trying to implement steps of my previous routine. Best part of the last month: A week on Vegas and the dress up Sonic character on the strip wanting to fight me (cane and all.) worst part of the last month: Going to St. Louis to be there for my best friend, who's going through a mental crisis.
I started PT yesterday for my knee.

B Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, coffee w 1/2 PP chocolate mint.
L: Rotisserie chicken and g Hughes BBQ sauce.
D: 1/2 chorizo bollilo. Tostones.
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 208 lbs 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.
