Good morning Menuers,

Cold snowy start to the morning but Rudy and I did get our walk in. I did dump all the candy down in shipping this morning, so it is all out of my house. I left a few morales for Ron but he did not need all that junk. Looking forward to a relaxing weekend at home. I plan to cycle and crazy 8 in the morning, after that is mom duty. She needs a haircut and so does Ron. After that I plan on hanging by the idiot box and watching mindless moves and TikTok Ing. I may cycle again Sunday Morning, but we shall see.

Morning gang. I have absolutely no idea what day of the week it is. Hopefully next week will feel "regular." This has been very abnormal.

I hope you are all well, and have a great weekend.

Good morning, everyone!

Two day week? I?ll take it!

We are going to see the Bob Dylan movie on Sunday. We will go to Studio Movie Grill. Usually I get the coconut chicken fingers when I am there. I?m sure I will have a few fries also. I?m excited because both boys are coming with us.

Other than that, CrossFit on Saturday, I have a few things that I need to buy/sign up for online and we will take down the Christmas tree.

QOTD: I weighed shortly before Thanksgiving, and will hop on the scale Monday. Based on my doctor?s appointment, it seems like only a few pounds, but we?ll see.

picture is Marilyn with the pizza oven. We are learning how to use it but still a work in progress.

Breakfast: bagel

lunch: stuffed shells

dinner: chicken

Have a great day, all!

No New Years diet this year. I have been underweight for months. My goal is 136 and I was down to 116 and not trying to diet just no appetite. I got caught up in the last few weeks and am eating more. Was 132 this morning so happy about that.

Good Job Mary. Did you ever try a meal delivery program, so you don't need to go to grocery and buy a bunch of stuff. I get Meals on wheels for mom. Only 2x a week just to know someone had an eyeball on her but the meals are not bad. Maybe if it was ready to eat you would be more likely to eat. It is only $6 a day here .

That is a great idea. I do a lot of Doordash and order things I think I will enjoy. Lately I got my appetite back and enjoying eating again. I had Meals on Wheels one time after being in the hospital and remember that there was a lot of really good food in their deliveries.

I usually do an order from Walmart or Giant Eagle once a month and do look for things that are already prepared and I can just heat up and have. Giant Eagle here has wonderful meals like stuffed cabbage or roast turkey dinner.
