What's on your Tuesday Menu?

This picture was taken over the cornfield in my backyard on October 23rd. The object on the left appeared first and then the center and right one appeared a minute later. These three objects hoovered for 10 minutes which gave me enough time to run up to the house to grab my camera and then run back down and start snapping pictures. This one came out the best. I have no idea what they were, but as fast as they appeared they just poof disappeared.

Happy Tuesday everyone. I posted the above picture because of all the drone sighting over the East Coast in the last week. I've always had an open mind and since I was 3 have seen and experienced some bizarre and unexplained things. Yes I do believe there is life outside of this planet and I also believe they have been visiting this plant since the birth of Earth.

This is going to bring me to the QOTD: What do you think the drones are? I personally think it is the Government putting them up to see how people react. I also think that we will be exposed to life from other planets/Galaxies in the next 5 years. But that is just my take on it.

Today is my Friday as I have the next 3 days off. I'm kind of liking only working 2-3 days a week and today is our Christmas luncheon so food is going to be all sorts of goodness.

I hope everyone has a great day!!!

Good morning, everybody!

One of our Happy Hour group sent charcuteries to all 4 couples. What a nice holiday treat! They are from a company called Boarderie. We will resist eating ours until the call tomorrow night.

My older son has an interview today, so we are keeping our fingers crossed for that. He is definitely trying to manage expectations, so is keeping his progress close to the vest. I would be really happy for him (and me) if he is able to land a job.

Saturday morning, we did 200 lunge steps, so i've been a bit sore from that. Back at the gym today though. 5 work days until break.

QOTD: I really have no idea. I have read that they could be a military test, but why over such a populated area? I have read that the military could be searching for something lost, but satellites do that just fine? The old weather balloon arguments don't seem to hold water here. Teenage jackasses? It does seem like there has been some attempt to normalize the discussion of UFO's over the last 10-15 years.

Breakfast: Bagel

Lunch: turkey sandwich

Dinner: TBD

Have a great day, all!

Morning gang. It looks like another perfectly average day. Not surprisingly it's much easier for me to stay on the straight and narrow, food wise, if I'm having a regular routine at home.

QOTD: I think the drone sightings are . . . drones. Seriously, the things are everywhere. When I started to process to switch to solar, the guy flew a big old drone up, inspected the house and roof, and flew it in ever larger circles around the house and quite a ways out. They did a whole big 3D model that would show them how much sun the roof would get at all times of the day and year.

Insurance companies are using drones constantly. People are getting cancelation notices if it looks like their roof is getting old, or if trees could fall in a storm and trigger a claim. They look for things like backyard trampolines, and issue cancelation warnings. They look for dogs in backyards that are against their policies. Drones let them do things they never could before. And all the different insurance companies all have insured homes in the same neighborhoods. People complain about big government, but it's Goliath business we need to rein in and control. They stick their noses in our business far, far too much.

Regular folks have super fancy drones. My brother has a nice one. It has GPS, and can fly to a set spot and return. It can measure the heights of trees and houses, record amazing video, and all kinds of stuff. It's got sensors so that it can stay perfectly stationary in a stiff breeze. It's pretty wild.

Drones are everywhere.

I don't doubt there are people on other planets. I'm not sure they've ever been here. If they have, they are so much more advanced than we are that we aren't going to see them.

Good mornin y'all.

Not a lot happening today. Yay! Sleep, or lack there of, was particularly bad last night. Hoping for a nap and hoping we'll be able to stay home a big chunk of the day. I'm so broke it's a joke. So I'd like to just stay home. I think I'm also fighting a sinus infection.

Having a hard time still with the cats getting along. It's so frustrating.

QOTD: I think they are 99% drones. I also think the government knows something more about the volume. Either they are unwilling or unable to say what it is exactly. A lot of people have worked up into a frenzy over it, not helped by the media. There are things sometimes we're better off not knowing. Plus like Grim said...there are tons of them out there.

breakfast was an egg burrito and coffee. The rest is up in the air.

with the talk of die hard yesterday it popped up on my FB feed! My friends advent calendar!

About 1950 my friend was driving with her sister to the military base in Dayton, Ohio where her sister's husband was an air force officer. As they were driving that night my friend remarked on how bright the moon was. Her sister said, "that is not the moon, the moon is over there".

A bright light the size of the moon followed them for miles. Finally it landed on the road ahead of them. The car stopped running and would not start. The object stayed on the ground a few minutes and then rose and went away. After that the car started and they continued to the base.

When they got there, they told the brother-in-law about what had happened. He confirmed that they had indeed seen something. He could not talk about it and he made them swear to never tell anyone about it.

The friend told me about it around 2005. Both her sister and her brother-in-law had passed on and she herself had lung cancer and not long to live. She said she wanted to talk to someone about it and chose me because she knows I am very open minded.

I remember one evening going to put out the garbage and seeing a strange object in the sky. Some of my neighbors came out and watched it too. One had binoculars. It stayed in the same spot for a few hours and then flew away. This was around 1982. Every once in a while there is an unexplained sighting around here. I***** there was many witnesses to unexplained objects. They included several law officials.

For the government to tell us that the aliens are here would mean they would also have to tell us if the aliens are a threat to us. They don't know so don't comment. But I agree that the mystery will be addressed soon.

QOTD- I seriously doubt that we are alone. With all of the stars and galaxies out there I believe that we are not the only lifeforms.

I got my car back and they still did not replace the faulty sensor in my tire, so I still have the low air icon flashing. My Uber ride was in a Chevy Bolt EUV it was so quiet and a nice car. The driver was not talkative at all, I tried to ask how far he can go on a charge and I don't think he understood he said 40 minutes? As long as my Prius is running I'm not considering a new car. But it is getting old it's a 2010. It's traveled farther on a ship (to and from Maui) than the land in the last 2 years. I really don't drive much.

I have work so I'd better get to it.

Have a great day everyone!
