Finally Friday's Menu

I just got into my mail now and found it. I am so excited to try it. I love turkey but have dried them out some times. That recipe will be so full of flavor. I am thawing the breast out now and will make the turkey this weekend and let you know how it comes out. Thanks Chrissy.

Good morning all and Happy Friday,

I'm excited for the weekend. Mostly, I don't have much planned. I am looking forward to the free time to do month end accounting. I need to put together a business plan for next year.

Tonight, I'm taking Paula to the orchestra and we have a whole box reserved dead center.

QOTD- definitely green bean casserole groupies. We still have it every couple holidays.

Exercise has been non existent but I'm able to do stretching and upper body. Body is in so much person from the bone biopsy still.

B: Yogurt and energy drink.

L: salmon collar. Citrus yuzu vinaigrette on greens.

Awe your pup needs something good to chew on. Some dogs get bored and like to chew on things. My German Shepherd sometimes likes to chew on elk antlers keeps her busy for hours.

What is the new pup's name?

The green bean casserole with mushroom soup and crispy onions has always shown up on Thanksgiving. Either I made it or someone bought it. I always made a big bowl of fresh steamed green beans and those always were eaten. I do not like the casserole or the sweet potatoes with too much sugar and marshmallows but always had them with Thanksgiving dinner for the people who enjoy them.

Love the minions, my checks and return address labels are the minions.

QOTD- No just NO. The only beans I like are dry sauteed green beans.

TGIF for some reason this week has seemed long. No Ducks game this week, so I'll probably watch the Indiana Ohio State game. Just to see who they will play in the Big Ten championship.

More wind and rain expected today, hopefully no power outages. I know that the Seahawks practice facility had no power. Not sure if they have gotten it restored yet.

Not much going on this weekend it's supposed to rain all weekend. So I'll try to get myself out of the house for something, even if it is just a return that I have for Walmart.

My new windows are going to be installed on Tuesday. I can't wait. It should help with the heating and cooling costs.

I buy a lot from Walmart and have it delivered. They now have a service where you can do returns from home. They send someone to pick the package up. Really nice for seniors like me who cannot always get out to do returns. Sometimes I will check Amazon and end up finding something online from Walmart instead.
