What's on your (photo) Friday menu?

Good morning ~ We made it to Friday ya'll! Halloween was fun, we only had a few trick or treaters, but they were adorable. Well, the last 'kid' was about 6'4 and dressed as the Grim Reaper, not so adorable!. I'm staying home today, everything is done at work so I am listening to my body and resting today. Later I may go to the grocery store. Tonight we are getting sushi and watching something not sports related - anything else, please. We didn't get to watch all of our Halloween movies either. Oh well - onward! Christmas is just around the corner!! The weekend looks to be mellow. Cooler temps are here and we'll have rain tomorrow. I'm looking SO forward to that, we have a stash of wood for fires and I'm her for it - bring on Fall, please.
QOTD - Have you ever accidentally blurted out "I love you" without even realizing it, like you were on autopilot? Well, I did it again yesterday! I was wrapping up a call with the person who scheduled my doctor appointment and, just as we were saying goodbye, out it slipped - "Love you!" They laughed it off, but I've done this to my boss and my staff too! The best one? About 20 years ago, I accidentally told my Board President, who was old enough to be my dad, that I loved him at the end of our call. I died at first then he replied, "Well, I love you too!" He was great!
Accountability - Great on food (add sweetarts - maybe 10?) No chocolate was had! 39 active minutes, 8,601 steps. 169.0 this am, and taking a rest day.
b- coffee, eggbeater cheese wrap
l - ham and cheese on protein bread
d - su****una tataki probably
s- cuties, jello w/whip
Have a fabulous Friday!!

Happy Fri-Yay! I am glad you're taking a rest day and taking of yourself! We handed out candy until about 7:30 and there wasn't too many kids but enough to get rid of the candy we bought. Not too much planned for the weekend aside from testing a portion of stucco at my mother in laws house and maybe going to the home show.
QOTD: I've done it 2 or 3 times probably just as I was hanging up. It's always funny though.

G'morning all!
Halloween was great. So many kids, and older kids. We went through 4 Costco size bags of candies plus a box of regular size candy bars I had bought for older kids. Their look when I put the regular size bars in their bags was priceless. We got a lot of compliments about our decore and my sign (my pride and joy!)
I am so grateful for my surgery. Last night my heart wanted all the chocolates but my stomach said heck no! If it was up to me I would have eaten a lot more than 4-5 fun size chocolate, but the body shut down and said walk away.
Starting tomorrow I'm volunteering at a polling place in my county; I'll be working Sat through Tuesday and the hours are from early morning to late night, so I might not be posting for the next 4 days. We are not supposed to wear anything political at the polls, but I am wearing pearl necklace and converse. I am hoping sometime next week we'll have a Madam President.
QOTD: so many times. My most embarrassing moments were when I would call the boss "hon"! Then at home I would call DH by boss' name!
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- Posole soup
- Protein pumpkin cheesecake
- Quest bar
- 4-5 fun size chocolate
- E: 6 miles wog
Happy Fri-yay!

I know how you feel about the color orange, hopefully you won't feel the same about the man in orange.

I love your decorations. 4 Costco bags of candy? That's enough to feed an army. What was the best costume you saw?

Not in our neighborhood. Had to turn off the lights around 8:30 pm because we ran out.
So many inflatables this year. Kids and older kids all in inflatables. Funny how they maneuvered around each other.
