Good morning ~ We are almost halfway there! I was able to get a lot done yesterday. I should be able to finish my report today and get it submitted by tomorrow's deadline. Today is another full day of demo, which means another very long day. The Dodgers lost. NYY got lucky, haha... Honestly, I'm glad it wasn't a sweep, that's no fun. Game 5 tonight.
QOTD - How do you keep track of your daily intake; do you use MFP or the like? If you don't track, share some tips on how you maintain or lose this way, please!!! To me, this would be akin to a normie trait, and I need info!
I need to track daily, or I'll end up over my calorie limits in a heartbeat. I haven't been able to trust myself to stay within my calorie limit and meet my protein goal - so I plan, plan, plan. The alternative for me seems to be certain regain and that scares me to death because I never want to go through that again. If you have good tips, please share. We need all the help we can get.
Accountability - Great on food, 73 active minutes, 11,464 steps. Today I'm 168.4, I have 30 minutes done on the treadmill. No work out tonight, but will get my steps in.

L - RGF burrito, greek yogurt, salsa
D - chicken taco salad
s- jerky, string cheese, cutie

Good Morning! I hope the rest of your report comes together nicely. Yesterday went fast with a few zoom meetings and one on ones so today I need to put some time into a few projects that I haven't touched much this week. When do the Dodgers come back to LA? I bowl whoever wins, wins at home.
QOTD: I use MFP. I used to be really good about making updates if things changed during the day but it's an area I could improve on now.

If the Dodgers don't win tonight in NY, they will be back in LA on Friday 11/1. I'd love to see them win on their own turf.

Morning gang. JB's dad is back in the hospital. She's doing some work from home until she heads up to see him. I'm going to stay put until this Montezuma's revenge I caught in Tunisia is gone. That's the last thing he needs. Fingers crossed for her dad.
Everything is more or less on track food and activity-wise. I was hoping for a Dodger's sweep. I don't just want the Yankees to lose, I want them to be embarrassed.
QOTD: MyFitnessPal. Today I hit 4400 days of logging in. I don't log precisely every day, but do when I creep up. Why does it always creep up, and not down?

Sorry to hear about JB's dad. Hope you're feeling better soon. Drink as much as you can. You can really dehydrate if you do not stay on top of it. Also, if it last more than 2 days I would get to the doctor.

A friend of mine sent me that pic of the washing machine asking if it's true, to which I responded that's a combo for all the stains on an Italian table cloth after a meal: tomatoe sauce, wine and olive oil.

QOTD- I stopped using MyFitnessPal and tracking. I use this for accountability and it's a poor way to track what I'm eating for the upcoming day. I should get back on track. Excuse ahead - I am so full of to do's that I don't want to worry about that right now; all 3 minutes it takes to log the food.
