Good morning all and Happy humpest Day,

My hair got butchered. I tried a new haircut place since I don't have a barber in my neighborhood. The barber said he has been cutting hair for 15 years. He gave me a great straight edge shave. I felt him shaving my mustache into a pencil mustache and it was too late to stop him. Also, I got home and my hair is different lengths on the top and doesn't look good. I'm hoping to return to that barber shop to right the ship. After that, I'll try another barber shop. I'm pretty particular about my hair.

QOTD- Gummi worms, peaches, watermelon, etc. I can't portion and eat the whole bag. I can't have ice cream bars in the house. I shouldn't have a bag of chocolate in the house.

Steps 8775

B: 1/2 bagel lox, tangerine, Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, energy drink

L: sushi. Huge slabs of nigiri.

D: leftovers.

Keep on rocking in the free world.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Getting a bad hair cut sucks, I hope you find a barber you like when it's time again.

G'morning all!

Late to the party! Yma, our tracks are very similar. Don't you hate it when work interferes with your online social life? I have been keeping weird work hours. I'm up till late at night, or I wake up at 1:00 am and start working till 6:00 and then I crash in the middle of the day. Gotta get that back under control and get a more regular routine going. I guess that's one good thing about flex hours and not having to report to anybody live.

QOTD: I have to have strict rules for me otherwise I can easily go off tracks. Breads are a major no-no for me. I don't mind the carbs in the form of veggies or fruit. I also noticed since starting my protein icecream "regimen" I don't crave sweets as much and I can have a bag of mini Oreos in the pantry without going crazy. I even bought a small package of Biscoff to use as a mix in for my snickerdoodle icecream, and I have been good at using two cookies at a time instead of scarfing down the whole package. So my icecream obsession has become some sort of guardrail for my other binges. I'm sure to anybody else my way of eating looks weird but to me this is heaven, and just proof that a cookie cutter diet doesn't work for everybody and we are all different.

My meals yesterday:

  • Coffee
  • Chicken meatballs, handful of cherry tomatoes
  • L&F yogurt (pumpkin pie****d pumpkin protein coffee
  • Protein icecream - brownie batter
  • E: strength training

Happy hump day!

It was long before Creami but I did have an ice cream maker and had protein ice cream several times a day for years after my surgery. I also made high protein baked goods. Sometimes lunch was protein ice cream with protein cookies.

That meme is me!

QOTD- The Reeses popcorn, it is just too tempting so I'm not gonna buy it again. I've been on a Bugles kick lately but I think I'm done with that.

I made it to the nature park yesterday I did 1.66 miles and made 6495 steps. I'm just proud of me for going. It wasn't very warm so today I will wear a jacket and maybe some gloves. We had our first almost frost last night it was 37 when I started work and there is a frost advisory for tonight. Other than that is is clear and sunshiny.

I'm trying to get back to a consistent eating, up my protein and not have processed carbs. I bought some flavored tuna pouches so I can just eat that without the bread. I made some minestrone soup and I'm finally at the end of it. I have a baby crock pot so I was hoping it would only make about 3 bowls. It was pretty simple I started with a pint of home canned tomatoes, added onion, carrots, lentils, kidney beans, small shell pasta and vegetable broth. I haven't actually calculated the calories but I figure it can't be more than Olive Garden and should be healthier.

My ahi and salmon jerky should be here tomorrow, so that will be a good high protein snack. It's high in sodium but I don't plan on eating more than an ounce at a time.

Happy hump day! Take care everyone!
