Good Morning Amy and Meneurs,

All this WL talk does have me motivated. I even Logged my food after I ate it yesterday and I did hit over 100g of protein. It was a few more calories than I like but all and all a good day. I actually do not have to run anywhere or do anything for anyone but myself tonight. The plan is to drop in check on mom get her organized, come home walk the dog and do 30 minutes on the treadmill. The new series Georgie and Mandys First Marriage starts tonight, and I am looking forward to it. I never got to the Walmart yesterday, so I am going to try that again today. I got a bigger list so probably better I waited.

QOTD: Run into Sheetz and grab a Volpi Rotini. I prefer the Formaggio brand at Walmart because they have fresh Mozzarella instead of provolone.

Accountability: a little over on calories due to cottage cheese and a few pieces of jerky.

TSS: 6 years 10-months 6-days 166 Lowest (129.4)

B: Coffee with SF Coffee-mate pumpkin spice creamer

MS: Chobani zero sugar toasted coconut vanilla Greek yogurt, Strawberrys and blueberries and snack select

CB: Coffee with SF Coffee-mate pumpkin spice creamer

L: Spaghetti squash and a NY strip

D; Spaghetti squash, Sausage onions and peppers

Exercise: Dog walking and treadmill

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great day my friends.

Brightest blessings

Chrissy

Chrissy, my trainer is big on 1 gram of protein per weight you want to be. 125 pounds equals 125 grams of protein. If you concentrate on that, it's hard to eat enough other stuff to matter. Calories will often be over, but you will be feeding your gut and muscles what they need. I'm currently working hard to meet this goal daily. And it is work. And a lot of planning. But also, weirdly freeing.

G'morning all!

Today the microwave people are back to see if they can fit the darn thing back into the cabinet hole. It's been too much back and forth and wait around for a dang microwave. I don't understand the companies that make a certain size microwave, you build custom built cabinets around it, and then they stop making that size. What are you supposed to do when the thing is no longer reparable?

QOTD: I'm not a fast food person, not even before WLS. And unfortunately we don't have in-n-out (my only fast food love) anywhere nearby. So if I'm in an emergency, which has happened before, I stop at a grocery store. I grab Fage yogurt, turkey slices, and if lucky they have ready hb eggs.

My meals yesterday:

  • Coffee
  • TJ kebabs w/homemade tzatziki
  • Barebells bar
  • Protein Icecream - pumpkin latte
  • E: 6 miles wog

Happy jr Fri-yay!

That is why we have a 43 inch TV. Which was average size in 2004, when we had our cabinets put in, but now is basically a computer screen.

Yup. We ripped out our old entertainment center and built a new one (floating shelves) to get a bigger screen.
Unfortunately we can't do that in the kitchen!
